Career Coaching and Digital Presence, Built by People Who Have Done the Work.

We have sat in the meetings, navigated the politics, and built the strategies. Now we help others do the same, online and in their careers.

Our Story

The Start of our Journey

TechnoGals began as a spark between two colleagues turned fast friends, Alicia Retzlaff and Traci Gorman.

Crossing Paths

We met while working at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and bonded instantly over our shared passion for technology, leadership, and the real challenges women face in the industry. What started as casual conversations eventually turned into a bold idea: a podcast where we could share real stories, challenge norms, and create space for honest dialogue. In January 2024, the first episode of TechnoGals went live, and an incredible community began to grow around it.

The First Pivot

In 2025, TechnoGals shifted its focus toward supporting emerging leaders. We saw firsthand how many people were stepping into leadership roles without guidance, clarity, or community. Our content evolved to meet them where they were, offering real conversations about growth, feedback, confidence, and navigating leadership without losing yourself in the process.

Turning Growth into Action

As we move into 2026, TechnoGals is focused on helping businesses turn ideas into execution. Through years of conversations, content, and hands-on work, we saw a consistent challenge: small businesses and founders knew the value they offered, but struggled to show up clearly and confidently online. That insight shaped where we’re headed next. TechnoGals is evolving to include building practical, accessible digital foundations, from professional websites to online visibility, that help businesses translate their expertise into a strong digital presence. By pairing real-world business experience with hands-on technology support, we’re helping turn ideas into momentum and effort into impact.

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Traci Gorman

Traci grew up in a small town of just 600 people outside Wichita, Kansas, where she learned the value of hard work and community. Her career began in the medical field as an EMT, where she developed a strong instinct for helping people navigate high-pressure situations. Over time, she transitioned into technology, uncovering a talent for solving complex problems and driving meaningful, practical outcomes. This shift led to a diverse career spanning multiple industries. Over the course of 11 years at Koch Industries, Traci held a variety of technical and leadership roles that strengthened her ability to lead teams, simplify complexity, and deliver strategic results. That experience led her to Amazon Web Services, where she partnered with retail and consumer goods organizations, deepening her expertise in customer success, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms. Today, Traci operates at the intersection of coaching and digital presence through TechnoGals. What began as a podcast has evolved into a business focused on two core areas: helping individuals step into leadership with clarity and confidence, and helping small businesses build a strong, credible online presence. She sets the vision, strategy, and standards behind this work—ensuring every engagement is designed to remove friction, simplify the path forward, and create momentum for clients. Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time with her horse, Paul, exploring the outdoors, enjoying a glass of wine, and indulging her love of all things sci-fi. She and her husband, Adam, share life with their blended family, including two stepdaughters, two grandchildren, and their huskies, Callie and Gimli. As Co-Founder and COO of TechnoGals, Traci partners with clients to help them grow with clarity, confidence, and a digital presence that actually works.
